The main level master bedroom has a king bed attached bathroom while the 2 upstairs bedrooms (1 room with queen, 1 room with 2 twins) share a jack+jill bathroom.

Fully stocked kitchen, family room, game room, 2 charcoal grills, catch+release pond!

Perfect getaway for 2. The name of the cottage honors the local area of Grapetown. Crossing thru a cedar privacy screen takes you to this native stone cottage crafted by a local artisan and features antique doors with layers of turquoise, exposed wood.

The living area has TV / DirecTV, a leather loveseat, dinette and stocked kitchen. There are beautiful views from in and out. A copper heating grate and a transom window are featured.

Charcoal grill, fire pit, hot tub to go with your wine!

Our native Austin stone cottage is a one of a kind treasure for 2. This cottage is modeled after the German Sunday houses of yesteryear unique to Fredericksburg. These cozy one room homes were the weekend retreats of rural farming families when they came into town to shop and attend church.

Darling country design and panoramic views of the ranch. Step out tp enjoy the views with a glass of wine or laze in the hot tub (with some wine of course).

The deck and queen bed is perfect for 2 to enjoy!
