TimberRose Event Venue offers an intamate setting for your wedding, social or corporate meeting, or special family get-togethers. Well-appointed and meticulously maintained, it provides the perfect rustic hill country backdrop for your event. It’s perfect for hosting an intimate gathering with three distinct areas; the picturesque chapel-pavilion, the reception meeting area in the center lower barn, and the patio area surrounding the barn. The Lower rear of the barn hosts our commercial kitchen where your caterer can store and prepare your meals for your event.
The Pavilion, resting at the top of the rise in our pasture, offers a dramatic view of our tranquil setting overlooking the entire ranch. Surrounded by scenic pasture, the open air pavilion features rustic exposed timber and a stone floor. Gifted with spectacular sunsets and softly twinkling lights, it’s the perfect setting for your romantic wedding or fun family reunion barbeque.
The center of the lower barn hosts our temperature controlled reception and meeting rooms that can seat up to 48. The area features one large area and two smaller rooms that are configurable for your specific seating requirements. A full-service commercial kitchen is adjacent to the reception-meeting area, ready for your caterer to store and prepare your meal. The exterior Barnhouse offers both a covered area and open grassy area with plenty of room to mingle. We think it’s great for pre-function standing cocktails or a game of corn-hole in the grass for your family reunion.
The pavilion, seated dining and meeting area, and exterior Barnhouse have access to power and WIFI. For the comfort and convenience of our guests, a luxury restroom trailer is located at the rear of the Barnhouse. With three distinct areas, our venue is only limited by your imagination. TimberRose B&B's accommodate up to 10 overnight guests. Our separate guest houses offer relaxing luxury for your bridal party to dress for the event in comfort and privacy.
